Adsense is an ad serving program run by Google. Websites & blogs owners can enroll in this network to enable text, image and, (added recently), video advertisements on their sites. These ads are administered by Google and they generate revenue based on either a per-click or per-thousand-impressions. Adsense is widely considered the no. 1 revenue source for bloggers and webmasters in general. Upto this date, no other network offered such high payperclick/impression rates.
